Our policy on subscription cancellations, refunds, and credit purchases on Twynx.

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Twynx subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase for first-time subscribers who have not substantially used the service. Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been consumed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@twynxai.com with your account email, transaction details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Credit Packs
Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. Unused credits from a cancelled subscription remain in your account unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
